Glacier Bay was definitely the highlight of the trip. I had heard that the National Park Service was limiting access to only five cruise ships per day. Well, we only saw two - one large NCL ship and one small ship that couldn't have had more than fifty passengers.
We cruised by several glaciers, finally stopping about 200 feet off of the Marjorie Glacier. We sat there for several hours, watching the glacier calve and enjoying the warm sunny weather.
